Sydney Savage, RN
Sydney is a registered nurse here at our med spa, and has had the privilege of caring for our patients for nearly five years. After graduating as number one in her nursing class in 2025, she has taken the game to a whole new level. She specializes in neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, PRF, EZ Gel, Sculptra, vitamin infusions or injections, microneedling, and overall holistic health options. Her approach blends science, artistry, and wellness to help you look refreshed while still feeling like yourself.
She is deeply committed to providing safe, evidence-based care and continuously invests in advanced trainings to stay current with the newest techniques and best practices in aesthetics. Ongoing education is a priority for her, and she plans to continue expanding her knowledge to offer our patients the highest level of care possible. Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she strives to reflect that through kindness, integrity, and genuine care for every person who comes into her treatment room.
Outside of work, she loves Pilates, going shopping, hanging out with her family, and being outdoors exploring. She is also a proud dog mom to two Labrador retrievers Jasper & Ebony—you’ll spot them all over her treatment room. Her goal is for every patient to feel safe, at home, and confident—both during their visit and long after they leave.
Liz Humphrey, CLT
Premier Med Spa is truly a labor of love for Liz Humphrey. A passionate laser technician and dedicated leader, Liz has been a familiar, welcoming face at Premier since its opening in 2013. She serves as both the Med Spa Manager and Lead Laser Technician, bringing years of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to every client interaction.
Having witnessed the evolution of the medical aesthetics industry firsthand, Liz remains committed to continuous growth and education. She has a keen eye and intuitive understanding for creating healthier skin and is always seeking the newest—and sometimes the oldest—most effective ways to achieve optimal results.
In 2015–2016, Liz began an innovative study alongside Premier’s Medical Director, Phillip Corey Jackson, MD, exploring the effects of laser and light therapies on vulvar tissue. Their findings revealed that specific wavelengths of light were highly effective in treating urinary incontinence, with additional benefits including increased moisture and heightened sensitivity. This groundbreaking work led to Liz being invited to collaborate with Dr. Patrick Bitter on a scientific publication and to partner with Sciton in refining and developing what is now known as DivaTyte. In recognition of her contributions, Liz received a Certificate of Appreciation and was acknowledged as a leader in the aesthetic laser industry.
Building on this success, Liz has also helped develop laser-based treatments for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, and chronic pain.
Outside of Premier Med Spa, Liz is a Jesus-loving wife to Eddie, mom of four, and proud “Lolli” to her newest grandson. When she’s not at work, she enjoys lifting weights in her home gym, serving at church, Jeeping the local back roads, savoring morning (and afternoon!) coffee, spending time with friends, listening to pond frogs in the summer, and dining at her favorite spot—Finley Farms/The Garrison.
